Barbara Đokić
Belgrade, Serbia
I graduated (2018) with a Master’s degree of Applied Arts, at painting department from Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade. I’m a painter and freelance illustrator. I also work as a character designer and concept artists for animated movies. I was always interested in illustrations, and started illustrating children’s books after I finished my studies. I love all kind of visual arts, including cartoons and comic books.
During my studies and after, I participated in several collective exhibitions and art residences in Serbia and abroad.
In my work I enjoy experimenting with different styles and techniques, trying to incorporate traditional look in my style. I usually paint my illustrations digitally, but I also combine manual techniques as watercolor, ink and colored pencils. Finding beauty in the world around me, art and popular culture are the important part of my artistic journey.
Darko Jovichich
Tuzla, Bosnia and Erzegovina
Darko Jovicic was born and raised in Tuzla 1991. He has graduated Graphics design five years ago, and that is his current primary job. Fiftteen years ago he started to paint graffiti, and a few years after he also began to experiment in the field of visual art and street art. Some of his techniques in the street and visual art are similar like in graffiti, especially the contours, and the tiny lines, which can be noticed in his work. His work is quite naive, bizarre and simple but they send a clear message. Another part of his work is really abstract and contemporary, but the details are clearly recognizable. He had several groups and solo exhibitions in many galleries, but also his works are on the streets of various cities.

Linda Vuorenvirta
I'm a freelance illustrator who loves to design and draw characters, especially within the context of narratives. I’ve spent eleven years studying fine art, animation, illustration, and design to better my skills with figure drawing and beyond. Echoing my childhood hobby of creating picture books about families, flowers, and cottages in the woods, I’ve settled into an artistic identity centred around storytelling and characters. I’m also taking the advice of a member of the jury which evaluated my college work: “never stop telling stories”.
I draw inspiration from both intangible and real-world sources. I love music, all kinds of visual art, magic, fantasy, science fiction, and other products of the human imagination. I’m also moved by nature, history, geography, social issues, and humans' relationships with each other and their environments. I work mostly digitally with a graphics tablet or an iPad + Apple pencil, but I’m also fond of traditional pencils, pens, and markers.
