Jurors

Amira KudumovicAmira Kudumovic

Amira Kudumovic is Bosnian-Turkish film producer. She is currently employed as an assistant professor of Production at the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo, where she has been working continuously in the teaching and artistic process since October 2010. In 2013, she founded Association "Scena" with its headquarters in Sarajevo, whose main activities are support of art works through production, co-production and screening of documentaries, plays, exhibitions, performances and promotion, commissioning and organisation of special workshops and creative expression of young people. Amira has been the producer of numerous Turkish and Bosnian theatre and film projects.

Sezer SalihiSezer Salihi

Sezer Salihi graduated with a bachelor's degree at Istanbul Commerce University, Radio, TV and Film in 2016. After graduating he shot several films and music videos. He won in International Kinenova Film festival in 2017s with the film '' Ey Theo ''. He worked in the Giffoni Film festival as a mentor at a workshop called One Minute Film in 2018. He worked as a Video Editor in TV 21. He also has an MA in Cinema at Marmara Univeristy.

Shane CrossanShane Crossan

Shane Crossan has worked for over 25 years in arts and media production. He studied media in DIT, DCU and TDC and specialises in creative, corporate and community - based film making. During that time, he has gained a wide variety of skills in cinematography, editing and media production management. He is currently a member of Creative Ireland Longford committee and is heavily involved in creative project management for local authorities and education institutions.

Jurors

Rugilė BarzdžiukaitėRugilė Barzdžiukaitė                       Vilnius, Lithuania

Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė works as a filmmaker, visual artist and theatre director. She completed her studies of cinematography and theater directing at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, Vilnius, in 2006 and 2008; followed by a master’s degree in screen documentary at Goldsmiths, University of London, London/United Kingdom, in 2013. In her film and theater works Rugilė applies cross-disciplinary experience, avoiding direct synthesis of expressions, while exploring the tension between documentary and fiction. In 2019, Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė, together with Vaiva Grainytė and Lina Lapelytė, presented a climate change opera-performance Sun & Sea (Marina) at the Venice Art Biennale Lithuanian pavilion. The performance was awarded with the prestigious Golden Lion - the first one in Lithuania's history, and received much international acclaim.

Giedrė ŽickytėGiedrė Žickytė                       Vilnius, Lithuania

GIEDRĖ ŽICKYTĖ is an award-winning Lithuanian documentary film director and producer and the co-founder of the production company MOONMAKERS. Her films have been selected at numerous international film festivals, winning over 20 international awards and distributed theatrically. I’M NOT FROM HERE (co-directed with M.Alberdi, Chile) was nominated at the 2016 European Film Academy Awards. MASTER AND TATYANA won 4 Lithuanian Film Academy Awards, including awards for Best Director and Best Documentary. Her latest documentary THE JUMP received the Best Documentary Feature Award at the Warsaw Film Festival 2020. She produced THE EARTH IS BLUE AS AN ORANGE, winner of Sundance Best Directing Award 2020. 

Marija RazgutėMarija Razgutė                       Vilnius, Lithuania

Marija Razgutė is a film producer whose fiction, documentary and animation films were screened at such international A-list film festivals as Karlovy Vary, Toronto, Busan, Warsaw and more. Marija established her own film production company M-Films (Ciobreliai) in 2008. She is also the organizer of the International Short Film Festival “Vilnius Film Shorts” and coordinator of the European Film Forum “Scanorama” international short film program “New Baltic Cinema”. Since 2011 Marija Razgute has been an active member of Independent Producers Association of Lithuania and a Board member since 2016. Marija is a graduate of MAIA Workshops 2013-2014, EAVE Producers Workshop 2016, and a member of European Film Academy since 2015.

Jurors

Mauro ConciatoriMauro Conciatori                        Rome / Milan,  Italy  - New York, USA

Mauro Conciatori graduated in Architecture (Rome), and Directing (Columbia University NY), he began working in cinema in 1975 as an assistant set designer, participating in the films Bordella and La casa dalle finestre che ridono, by Pupi Avati, and Giù dalle antiche scale, by Mauro Bolognini. In the 80’ he moved to the USA and worked as assistant director for Michelangelo Antonioni.
In 1986, he made his first short film The Border Line and during his career he has directed and produced many documentary films paying tribute to the great performers of Italian cinema, television and theatre. His last work on this project is Al di là dell'Eclisse - Michelangelo Antonioni’(2021). 
For over 14 years, he has directed the cinema web-magazine ZabriskiePoint and has been artistic director of many relevant Italian film festivals such as L’AltroCinemaFestival and Primo Piano sull’Autore-Rassegna del Cinema Italiano. He directed about 200 industrial films: Telecom, Ariston, MTS Group. 
Since 2016, he has been conducting a lab-workshop on the cinema business at IULM in Milan. 

Erich SteinerErich Steiner                        Vienna, Austria

Erich Steiner studied Political Science, Theatre and Film in Vienna, Madrid and Oslo and has directed several award-winning short films, documentaries, and commercials. 
His works took him to many international film festivals (EU & USA) and his short movie In the Still of the Night (2013) has won several awards including: San Diego Jewish Film Festival 2015 (USA) Audience Award for Best Narrative Short; Parma Music Festival 2014 (Italy) Winner of Best Short Film; Cluj International Short Film Festival 2014 (Romania) Winner of Best Actor Award.
At the moment he’s developing a podcast, web series, and a documentary about digitalization and his current script for a feature film has been selected by the Austrian film and a TV production company Interspot.

Christoph PasourChristoph Pasour                        Berlin, Germany 

Christoph Pasour is a writer, university lecturer and creative producer of documentary films and features with current focus on the development of docu-dramas and TV series for the German and international markets.
He has collaborated with such diverse broadcasters and streamers as Apple+, ZDF, ARD, ARTE, 3sat, RAI, RTVE, TV3 and YLE. The projects he oversaw as a producer were presented at festivals like the International Filmfestival Berlin, Visions du Réel (Nyon), HotDocs (Toronto), DocsBarcelona, among others. He worked as director for film projects for UN-organizations like UNECE and public-sector organizations like the Swiss SDC and German GIZ. Christoph Pasour teaches in Barcelona at the Pompeu Fabra University, Open University and International University.
